A picture is a lot like a time machine. It gives us a chance to see another place, another time, another version of ourselves while we still grow and change. It can remind us of where we have been and maybe give insight to where we are going.

I have always been so grateful for photographers. They do their best to see us at our best and give that experience back to us in a way that is so tangible and real. I'll never get to truly see myself play but through photos I get a hint of what I hope it feels like to be there.
